Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Synqle Service operated by MHAXD LLC ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account with us as an admin or join a challenge on the mobile apps as a participant, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (password or device access) used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
2. Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You are responsible for the challenges you create and the participants you invite. You agree not to manipulate or falsify step or distance data to gain an unfair advantage in challenges.
3. User Content and Conduct
Our Service allows you to post messages, photos, and videos ("User Content") in challenge chats. You are solely responsible for the content you share. You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Synqle charges base fees and add-on fees based on the duration and size of your challenge. By providing a credit card or other payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use it, and you authorize us (via our third-party payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
Refund Policy: If you delete a challenge before its scheduled start date, or if you downgrade your participant tier, you are eligible for a refund of the difference. However, standard third-party payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once a challenge has officially started, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or deletions.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements. Synqle is a corporate wellness tool and is not intended to provide medical advice or diagnosis.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
